Return, Refund, And Cancellation Policy


In case any product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you and a refund may also be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.


Refunds are processed within 15 days of the confirmation. The cheque will be made in the favour of the “Billing Name” used when placing the order. For pre-paid orders, the amount will be processed using the original mode of payment, whether it is Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.


An order can be cancelled only before your shipment has been dispatched. Any cancellation requests post dispatch will not be entertained, unless it is a special circumstance.  An email can be sent to info@capefresh.in within 3 hours of placing the order for the same. Cape Fresh has the right to make the final decision regarding cancellation. 


Replacement:


If your item has arrived in a defective condition, and the packet remains unopened, we can offer a replacement. 


To replace an item, send us an e-mail to info@capefresh.in along with photographs of the delivery. Once we confirm the replacement request, you can send your item to:
